It is important that you act immediately to any notice from ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ advising that there was a SIM or device change on your account that you did not request.
How to report SIM Swap Fraud to ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ.
If you received a message from ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ advising that there was a SIM or device change on your account and you or an Account Manager on your account did not make this request, contact us immediately by dialing *611 from your mobile phone. This is an airtime-free call and will work even if your device has been deactivated. You can also call us by dialing 1-800-922-0204 from any phone. Do you believe you are a victim of Fraud?

Someone made changes to my ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ account.
This is called an account takeover.

In order to dispute charges on a credit card or bank statement, you'll need to contact your bank directly.
I have charges for phone calls I did not make.

I am getting unwanted or suspicious calls, emails or text messages.
Spam, phishing emails, texts and robocalls are on the rise. If you receive any suspicious communications from someone who says they are ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ, we want to know about it.
I got an email that says it's from ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ, but it looks suspicious.
To report a suspicious email claiming to be from ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ, forward it to phishing@verizon.com.
Please note, when you forward an email to our phishing inbox you will receive an automated confirmation and we will review the information you provided.ÌýWe will only contact you directly if we require additional information.
I got a text message that says it’s from ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ, but it looks suspicious
We will occasionally send text messages to our customers, for example, to notify you of an upcoming bill payment, or to send a One Time Password (OTP).
ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ does not send text messages to:Ìý
- Ask for credit card/payment information. Never give personal or payment information to a sender of suspicious, unsolicited or unwanted text messages.ÌýÌý
- Ask for your username, password or account PIN, social security number or other sensitive account or personal information.
Receiving a suspicious message typically will not put you at risk if you do not reply, click on links, or share any personal information. If you receive a suspicious text message claiming to be from ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ, please forward it to us right away at S-P-A-M (7726), then delete it.Ìý
If you did click or provide personal information in response to a suspicious text message, you should contact customer support to help secure your account, and reach out to any financial institutions or other services you believe may be impacted. You can also download the My ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ App for and devices to access enhanced account security features andÌý secure communications with ºìÌÒÆåÅÆ.
